    Went there for an inspection and they said my windshield wipers were dry rotted. They are not. Then they came back and said windshield wipers are torn and they cannot pass unless I buy theirs. Neither of the wipers were torn before I got there. I understand businesses have to make money, no problem, but do not damage my wipers and try to rip me off. I cannot prove it but I believe the "tech" tore them because he did it on the passenger's side where I could not see what he was doing. When the "tech" showed me, the driver's side which has the same brand and put on at the same time was not torn at all.
