  Had to move twice to another room because maintenance equipment was in the rooms assigned. Last room was wheel chair accessible room, which is bigger, and nice. Was only offered to take anything I wanted from pantry as a "I'm sorry" deal. Was not given explanation.. I'm sorry. Nothing. Just moved to another room each time. Took manager business cards to write a letter about it. It's bad enough we traveled 7+ hours to come down for a "Funeral", but my mother is 80 years old who is with me! I do not give bad reviews that often, but wow!
  
  EDIT: Even though this happened, the General Manager contacted me promptly to discuss what happened. She apologized and took care of the situation and took care of us. With all that has been said and done, she is going to take our situation and use it for training and reviews of policies and retrain the employees of handling customers. This is how it's supposed to be done. Thank you! The hotel is nice and comfortable. I have nothing bad to say of the actual hotel, so I have changed my review grade.
